This is another experimental gravity key design, I was quite impressed with the Mk1 Gravity key so I thought I might try and simplify the design whilst trying to keep the excellent action, the sliding weight bar is now threaded into the main arm at one end and fitted into the Beech knob at the other, a brass bolt goes through the knob from under the arm and into the weight bar holding both the knob and bar securely in place, I  have tried a variation to the adjustable bearing holder by only putting the adjustment on one holder  instead of two, also the contacts are on the nose of the key which seem to make up for the shorter length, so far its looking good, it still has the feel and subtle adjustments of No 044 but a more solid action which is probably due to the extra weight and shorter arm length, a real nice key..
