I wanted with this key to try out a different body shape by using fly milling on my lathe, something I've not tried before, I'm hoping to emulate the classic Danish lines but with a brass spring contact plate and my own tensioner design also I'm using a brass axle with reversed ballrace flanges, it takes a lot longer to make this sort of key, the action is very good, lightweight yet firm with a hint of spring suspension to it, a lovely good looking key
