Yet another Magnetic key, this one is a real prototype, I want to try out the various effects of magnets in different layouts and types of key action, this one hopefully will enable both sorts of magnetic tension, the front magnets are in attraction mode, the rear in repulsion mode, by adjusting the distance apart of each pair it should change the feel of the action as it moves between the two modes, In repulsion mode where the two rear magnets are closest together the effort required to open the contacts will increase the further the contacts open, whereas if the front magnets are closest then the opposite will apply, The key is a small finger type and includes spring silver contacts on the nose, quality ballraces, alloy body, Oak base and knurled terminals First tests are quite impressive for such a small key, the differences in the magnetic modes are quite subtle and it has an excellent action, my sort of key :()
