This is another dual mode key, both a paddle and a straight key, it's loosely based on a very early key that I have recently seen a picture of, the complete key including contacts and terminals rotates 45 degrees within two end bearings, the completely unique part in this key is the way the tension operates, by  using an offset  magnetic adjuster that is fitted in the nose, by careful adjusting its possible to centre the paddle and then by locking the adjuster in place rotate the key back into straight key mode and have a good bias for straight key operation, or alternatively it can be set for each mode, Above it is in paddle mode, below straight key mode, it has a very nice straight key action, the paddle is very lightweight, its not an easy key to use, setting it up for the best results is tricky, but I suppose the more complex the key the more difficult it will be to set up.
