This is another long key over 200mm, along the lines of my favourites 070, 080, and 082, I wanted to experiment with a shorter nose to the key and this means the tension spring is above instead of below the contacts level, the main arm is made from two small bars to give the length and rigidity I needed without to much end weight, I could have used alloy but I've kept this key all brass,  it has a very soft quiet action most unlike what I was expecting, but very special, also trying a different style of knurling here, straight instead of a cross hatch, which tends to give a more vintage look I think, now fitted with Mallory contacts and homemade terminals,  also these high leverage key designs can be a bit unstable even with a large base so I have attached it to a heavy stone mount which has increased its performance even more, another very nice special action key completed..
