This is the sort of key I like making best of all, a completely experimental fun key but with hopefully a fine action, making a key that feels right when you use it is very subjective, some call it balance others feedback and so on, basically its just a key that feels right for you, but after making over 100 different keys I do now know the basic elements that will produce a fine action, grafting those elements onto a new design is great fun and you never really know what the outcome will be until you try it for the first time, this key as can be seen uses a twin arm design, carefully done it can produce a big key feel with fairly lightweight construction, the lever type tensioner which I originally made didn't really work for this key so I've built a different type, it still sits between the two arms but is adjusted from the rear of the key, I'm still experimenting with it, all part of the fun.:)
