This key was supposed to be the same as key111 but as usual I got sidetracked and decided to make a few minor improvements :) the difficulty with this 80 series design is getting the handle low enough for comfortable fingertip operation yet still retain the magical action, I have tried bending the handle down but in doing that it tends to unbalance the key, so in this project I have reshaped the block to enable the body to drop down lower into the bearing holders, I have also used an horseshoe shaped crush bar adjuster which is a new idea, it works well though tricky to make, it has an excellent action as most keys of this sort of design have, I have also made a different knob for these last two keys, it can rotate and be locked into place using a knurled lock nut, so the key can be used in either fingertip or upright mode, although fingertip operation is more suitable for this design.
And finally after much soul searching decided to Nickel plate it, I have quite a problem when it comes to plate or not to plate, some keys benefit greatly in their looks others are best left as plain brass, still undecided about this one but to late now :))
